Qaanitaat Academy is a non-commercial, non-political Islamic educational institute for women committed to providing quality Islamic education, strongly grounded in Shariah and Sunnah. Our focus is on imparting Ilm e Deen, together with providing the tools required for tazkiya (spiritual purification) and tarbiyah (self-rectification and improvement). All of this, Alhumdulilah, will be provided to women in the comfort of their homes.
We hope and pray to equip students with basic fundamentals and foundations of Deen (knowledge of Quran, Hadith and Fiqh), as well as teach them what Deen e Islam instructs regarding mu’ashrat (important lifestyle issues) and mu’amlaat. We will also insha’Allah offer courses on Seerah and Islamic History as well as the Islamic Scholarly Tradition.
To achieve this, we will endeavour to teach in a manner that is easy to understand and practical to implement in one’s life.
Our classes will therefore highlight the importance of using sacred knowledge of Ilm e Deen as a means of strengthening our relationship with Allah (SWT) and Rasul Allah (SWS) as well as furthering our spiritual development and progress.
All courses at Qaanitaat Academy draw upon the rich scholarly tradition based on the Quran and the Sunnah as understood by the Sahabah (Companions) and the Salaf Saliheen (Pious Predecessors), with a respect for all scholars of the Ahl al-Sunnah wal Jama’ah. In addition, our course materials are also informed by current research in medicine and other modern sciences, embracing tradition as well as keeping up-to-date with technology.
Qaanitaat Academy has been founded in 2016 (1437 Hijri) by Shaykh Maulana Dr Rehmatullah Khan db and his wife. All courses are offered free of charge, Alhumdulilah.
We pray to Allah (SWT) for the acceptance of this institute established solely for His Sake.
